Mr Nxumalo has a progressive period of more than 20
years as practicing attorney. He was a former associate Director
for Thorpe and Hands and also Ngidi Gcolote Peter Incorporated where
he headed the Departments of Conveyancing and Commercial Litigation.
Mr Nxumalo specialized further on Labour Litigation, Commercial
Litigation and Debt Collection for different companies and municipalities.
Mr Ndlovu served his Articles with Legal Aid Board which is
mainly focused on Criminal and Civil law. He worked at Road Accident
Fund as a Claims Handler then later he was promoted to being a Forensic
Investigator in the Forensic Department of Road Accident Fund .He also
specialise in Commercial and Labour law.

years of experience. He specialises in Labour and Commercial Law. He also
has a right of appearance in High court.

Mr Sibiya has 17 years of experience in the banking field where he
headed the positions of being the Manager Africa Expansion and Regional
Manager for KwaZulu-Natal within one division of the big 4 banks. His experiences
supported by his Diploma in Human Resource Manager, Certificate in Banking and
Bankers and Sales and Marketing. He joined Nxumalo and Partners in 2014 in a
consulting capacity. He is currently studying Forensic Investigation.
