Mr Nxumalo is the former Associate Director of Thorpe and Hands Inc. Portfolios which were handled by Mr Nxumalo at Thorpe and Hands were as follows: Conveyancing and property law, Commercial litigation, debt recovery and dept collections mainly land lord and tenant, drafting of vetting of legal documents, drafting and assessing service level agreements, interpretation of statutes for the purpose s of legal opinion and legal advice.
Mr Nxumalo was an Associate Director with Ngidi and Partners Inc. He was the Head of Conveyancing, Commercial Litigation and Dept collection departments. Mr Nxumalo has done an extensive labour Law Training work for clients such as KZN Department of Education and Department of Health; with Department of Education accredited by CCMA. Such Training equipped the firm with skills to attend to labour dispute resolution matter, conciliation, arbitration and managing dismissals.
The firm was awarded a contract by Department of Health to render Labour Law services and Forensic Investigations. Futher, Mr Nxumalo has done and is still doing investigations, complie reports, prosecute or become an evidence leader or Prosecutor on behalf of the Department of Health KwaZulu-Natal, who is our client. The investigations are done provincially; meaning that the investigations are mostly based in KwaZulu-Natal, with no limit to nationally. He prosecutes over the Department of Health’s labour matters as a Prosecutor and he also presided over labour metters as Presiding Officer.
